Seth Durant - General Manager - New Hampshire Branch

Seth's 17 plus years of experience in the recycling industry include buying and selling non-ferrous metals, buying and processing electronic scrap (high grade and low grade), and trading gold, silver, platinum, palladium, and red metals. He has worked closely for many years with precious metal smelters and refineries.

His proudest achievements for all his time in this industry are the long term business relationships he has developed, based on honesty and respect.

Medardo Rivera - General Manager - Georgia Branch

Medardo’s experience in catalytic converters and automotive cores dates back to 1987. Along the way he has developed strong relationships with both suppliers and remanufacturers that have lasted to this day.

He adds a wealth of knowledge of the international market, due to his experience dealing with clients in Mexico, Central and South America.

Chris Elftman - General Manager - Phoenix

Chris has been buying catalytic converters for over 15 years, providing him with an extensive knowledge of Catalytic Converters, and invaluable experience in all aspects of the recycling industry. He oversees all of our grading & purchasing of catalytic converters.

Jay Robie - CEO

For over 15 years Jay has been involved in the marketing of both base metal commodities and precious metal bearing material including Gold, Silver, Platinum, Palladium and Rhodium.

Jay oversees sales of all catalyst and is our liaison with smelters, refiners & assayers.

Omar L. Miranda - Dock Buyer & Sales

Omar is head of dock purchases of cores and catalytic converters. He also handles sales and purchases to our Spanish speaking clients.

Pablo Escobar - Catalyst Operations Manager - Phoenix

Pablo oversees the decanning process of all catalytic converters, quality control for proper grading, sorting and the shipping logistics for all catalyst.

David Polletta - Marketing Director

David designs and prepares our marketing and promotional campaigns, designs & maintains our website, prepares press releases, audio/visual scripts and coordinates our convention/trade shows setups.

He also serves as our liaison to our Spanish speaking clients in Mexico, Central and South America.

Mike Sabori - General Manager - Phoenix

Mike's extensive experience makes him a key asset to our clients and us. He began buying cores in 1975 and catalytic converters in 1992.

Mike personally trains all of our core buyers, instilling in them our philosophy of educating our suppliers and building lasting relationships with them. He also serves as our liaison with our suppliers (Automotive Recyclers) and our clients (Automotive Parts Remanufacturers).

Lee Morrell - Managing Partner

Lee's 20 plus years of experience in the recycling industry, his extensive knowledge of international markets and his many contacts with key businesses in these markets is what makes us a strong, reliable automotive core supplier.

Lee has dedicated countless hours in co-developing with Car-Part.com a cross reference core identification listing to help Automotive Recyclers.

Bryce Avery - Regional Account Manager

Bryce has been with us since we started. Working his way thru various departments has given him the experience and knowledge needed to care for our client's needs.

Bryce started in our headquarters in Phoenix and now assists with dock purchases of cores and catalytic converters in our New Hampshire branch. He also travels as an outside buyer.

Wyatt Rivas - Operations Manager - Phoenix

Wyatt's positive "can do" attitude not only inspires his coworkers, but our clients as well.

Wyatt covers a multitude of responsibilities; he supervises our core line personnel, manages our logistics department and is responsible for sales of our electronics core line.
